We started Singulate because we experienced a big marketing problem at our previous company: it was the gap between having tons of data on our customers (we did) but not knowing how to use this data to easily segment and meaningfully personalize our marketing communications in a way that would nurture through our funnel. So we sent email blasts with static personalization (e.g., [FNAME]) sprinkled in — 99% of the content was the same for everyone, leaving millions in growth on the table.
So we created Singulate, the easiest way to segment audiences and individualize content at scale. Singulate’s difference is relevance-personalization.
