The difference Singulate makes is it makes what was previously extremely time consuming and manual virtually instantaneous, namely creating segments, personalization tokens, and cleaning data.

How we do it

Singulate integrates with data platform like HubSpot and Zapier to ingest data so that marketers can build their hyper-personalization templates, then we export or deliver these content through marketing automation platforms and delivery partners. Singulate sits in the middle of the stack and lets marketers do more with the data they have so supercharge their marketing comms with deep targeting and personalization.

Who we serve

We help lifecycle marketers, growth teams, and marketing ops professionals deliver hyper-personalized messaging at scale—without using AI to write content on autopilot. Instead, humans (like you) set the messaging strategy, craft smart prompts, apply intelligent (instant) segmentation, and work alongside AI to deliver email newsletters that convert.

We’re growing our Singulate Certified Copywriter Program and looking for top-tier freelance B2B copywriters to join us in supporting client email projects across onboarding drips, newsletters, event invites, nurture sequences, and more.

If you’re a strong B2B writer who understands the nuance of writing and brand comms and you’re excited about using data, strategy, and AI as a tool (not a replacement), we’d love to meet you.

What you'll do

✅ Write high-converting, modular email copy for B2B SaaS and tech clients
✅ Collaborate with clients and Singulate to understand audience, tone, and campiagn goals
✅ Use Singulate’s AI email editor and template system to scale on-brand messaging across use cases
✅ Receive project briefs, complete the copy, and revise based on client feedback
✅ Get paid monthly for all the projects you complete, with opportunities to work on multiple clients if desired

You should have

🧠 2–5+ years writing B2B email copy, especially for SaaS, tech, or growth-stage companies
📧 Experience writing email campaigns that drive clicks, conversions, and booked demos
🛠️ A systems mindset—you enjoy building message structures that use data to scale personalization
💬 Strong client communication skills and a collaborative attitude
🧪 Familiarity and curiosity towards AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot) is highly recommended
📊 Ability to come up with messaging strategies based on customer personas and audience data.
