Introducing the Singulate Agent: From Brief to Campaign in 15 Minutes [Beta]

The Singulate Agent lets B2B marketers go from a plain-language brief to a fully built, segmented, personalized email campaign in minutes - saving the team hours and hours of copywriting, designing, and marketing operations work.

What is the Singulate Agent?

The Singulate Agent is located next to List Insights in the Singulate editor.

The Singulate Agent is a conversational AI interface in Singulate that lets marketers go from a plain-language brief (i.e., a prompt) to a fully built, segmented, personalized, on-brand email campaign - without touching a designer, copywriter, marketing ops specialist, or GTM engineer.

In other words, you describe the email strategy you want. The Agent builds it. Behind the chat interface is an autonomous system that pulls your brand assets directly from a URL, applies Singulate's core personalization engine (Wow Tags, Branched Content, and Singulate Snippets) to your data (e.g., CRM data), and outputs a campaign ready to run in your existing MAP.

The Problem It Solves

Don't replace people. Save people days of their time.

It saves dozens of hours per campaign. Most B2B marketers know their email programs are too generic and they know why. They have the data — firmographic, behavioral, intent — to make campaigns more relevant, but it’s extremely time-consuming and manual to do so. A properly segmented campaign typically requires:

  • A designer to build the HTML template
  • A copywriter or PMM to draft copy per segment
  • Marketing ops to build separate lists and campaigns in the MAP
  • GTM engineers to pull and format the right data
  • Another ops round to verify data accuracy

That's a 7-person dependency chain for a single campaign. The Singulate Agent collapses it into one short conversation.

How is this different from Singulate before?

A more agentic UX

Singulate already provided the personalization infrastructure — Wow Tags, Branched Content, Snippets, and MAP integrations. What was still required was a human to orchestrate those components: designing the email, setting up logic, writing the prompts.

The Agent removes that orchestration layer entirely. It takes a natural-language instruction and autonomously executes the build — from HTML to segmentation logic to fine-tuned copy — using Singulate's full personalization stack.

How It Works

4 Steps to build a hyper-personalized email campaign

The workflow has four steps:

  1. Describe your campaign. Open the Agent chat and describe the type of email, how you want it segmented, what data to personalize on, and any URL to pull brand styles from.
  2. The Agent builds it. It autonomously generates on-brand HTML, applies Wow Tags for token transformations, sets up Branched Content for modular segmentation, and crafts Singulate Snippets for hyper-personalized messaging per contact.
  3. Iterate in chat. Continue interfacing with the Agent to make changes, add segmentation modules, or explore further strategies based on your data.
  4. Deploy. Review, approve, and the campaign deploys directly into your MAP — HubSpot, Marketo, or Instantly — ready to run inside existing workflows.
What previously took 7 hours of coordinated effort across multiple teams now takes approximately 15 minutes.

The Three Core Personalization Primitives

These are the three core personalization primitives that power every Singulate campaign - and that the Agent now builds automatically:

  1. Wow Tags - Token transformation layer. Dynamically swap in data-driven content (company name, industry, job title, behavioral signals) at the individual level across the email.
  2. Branched Content - Modular segmentation built directly inside the email editor. One template adapts its content blocks based on audience attributes - no separate lists, no separate campaigns.
  3. Singulated Snippets - Fine-tuned modular prompting that generates hyper-personalized messaging for each segment. Calibrated to sound human, on-brand, and contextually accurate - not like AI.

How does brand consistency work?

You’ve got a couple easy options here.

  1. Import your email templates from your current map as an HTML or EML file and attach it into the Agent chat and tell it to build the email using the upload.
  2. Drop any URL - i.e., your homepage - into the agent chat and tell it to use link for branding and visual identity.

The Agent pulls your brand's visual identity — colors, fonts, design patterns, layout conventions — directly from that page and generates the HTML email template. No uploading assets, no briefing a designer, no back-and-forth on brand alignment.

Does this require GTM engineering or technical setup?

No. Data enrichment and custom field creation that previously required 40 hours of GTM engineering work now takes 4 hours — and is largely handled within the Singulate workflow rather than external tooling. Marketers run this themselves from the chat interface.

Who is the Singulate Agent built for?

The primary buyer is typically the VP of Marketing. Demand Gen wants to use it for outbound. Growth wants to use it for nurtures or webinars. Marketing Ops is the keeper of the keys to the castle, the martech stack.

  • Marketing ops - solves the problem of having rich customer data but can't operationalize it fast enough
  • Growth - solves the problem of bottlenecked by cross-functional dependencies (design, ops, engineering) to launch campaigns
  • Growth - solves wanting to test more messaging hypotheses without multiplying their ops workload
  • Demand Gen - solves the problem of running automated nurture programs that feel frustratingly generic and seeing no results.
  • VP Marketing - solves slow and inefficient execution, low performance results, and tech stack bloat

What's the moment when someone needs it?

It's the moment a marketer sits down to set up an automated nurture or email campaign and realizes: "This is going to be painfully generic. We have the data to make this more relevant - but we don't have the time nor capacity to build it out properly."

You formerly had to choose between speed of execution and contact-level relevance of the content. The Singulate Agent means you no longer have to choose.

Results Customers Have Seen

- Workvivo by Zoom: 16x email volume, 50% CTR increase, 7x more pipeline. Automated email volume scaled from 494 to 7,855 per month.

- OneScreen: 390% average CTR lift. 7.03% click rate vs. a 1.28% baseline in a 50/50 split test.

- Spiraldot Health: 30% open rate, $400K in pipeline, 4 meetings in 18 days. "We thought email was a dead end for us. Now we're swamped with meetings."

- Singulate (our own programs): 69.5% open rates, 1% booking rate — booking 5–10 demos per week from cold email.

What can you expect from using Singulate?

15 min. Campaign build time, down from 7 hours manually (including copywriting and designing)

4 hrs. GTM engineering per campaign, down from 40 hours

2–7×. Increase in click-through rates

+ 10–20%. Increase in open rates

10×. More affordable, reliable, and efficient than DIY Clay + Claude

How Is This Different From Just Using ChatGPT + Your MAP?

This is totally doable as a one-off, small-scale test, but it breaks down in practice because of 4 challenges::

  • Variability risk: LLMs are non-deterministic. At campaign scale, that means inconsistent output quality and copy that sounds like AI. Singulate Snippets are fine-tuned and modular — designed for consistent, human-quality output at scale.
  • Integration gap: Stitching together a ChatGPT workflow with a MAP, data enrichment, HTML builder, and QA process is a significant engineering project — and the result is still largely manual.
  • Cost to scale: Running personalization at scale with raw API calls is expensive. Singulate is 10× more affordable than a DIY Clay + Claude stack.
  • Last mile: Even with great AI output, someone still has to build it into a live MAP campaign. The Agent eliminates that step entirely.

Your MAP Already has AI Agents. How is this different?

MAP-native AI is limited by MAP-native architecture. Building a properly segmented campaign in a traditional MAP requires manual list building, managing separate lists per segment, and an increasingly complex branching workflow tree that becomes impossible to maintain at scale. Also, functions such as campaign building and data are siloed, making it difficult to verify and therefore prove/trust that your personalization strategy will work at scale.  Finally, there are simply features your MAP does not have, such as wow tags and personalization analytics in email, that Singulate provides.

That's why it's not being done today — not because marketers don't want to, but because the infrastructure makes it prohibitively time-consuming and expensive.

Availability

The Singulate Agent is included in all new pilots starting in July and August 2026. It is not a separate SKU or add-on — it is part of the core Singulate pilot experience going forward.

Supported platforms at launch: HubSpot, Marketo, and Instantly. Salesforce Marketing Cloud support is in development.

What's Next: Conversational Analytics

Conversational Analytics is the next major capability. This will let marketers use the Agent to understand the performance impact of each personalized or segmented module in their emails — measured against a fallback or control that they define.

From that insight, the Agent will execute optimizations directly back into the automated workflow or template library. Build with the Agent. Measure with Conversational Analytics. Optimize with the Agent.
