Singulate Studio is live today. Starting now, you can sign up, add your website and your list, and have Singulate write and design an email that's personalized for each person who gets it. Your first 14 days are free.

We built Studio because the people with the best relationships often send the most generic email. If your business runs on past clients, referrals and the people who came to your last workshop, you already know something useful about almost everyone on your list. Turning that into a personal email for each of them takes more time than most people have, so the whole list gets the same message, or nothing at all. Studio is our answer to that. You bring what you know, and Singulate does the writing.

What marketing teams taught us

For the past two years, Singulate has written personalized email for enterprise marketing teams. The biggest lesson was how much relevance depends on small, specific details: what someone bought, which event they came to, what they asked last time. The emails that worked used those details to change what the email offered a person. Lines that just flattered people or repeated their job title back to them didn't do much.

The other lesson was how much work personalization took. Even teams with designers, copywriters and marketing ops built separate versions, lists and checks for every segment of a campaign. You already have the details, and you probably know your contacts better than most marketing teams know theirs. Studio handles the writing, the design and the versions, so those details actually make it into the email.

The results from that work are why we're excited to put Studio in more hands. When we analyzed about 1.4 million emails our enterprise customers sent through Singulate, people who got a personalized version had a 74% higher click-through rate than people who got the generic version of the same email. Singulate wrote both versions, and people weren't randomly assigned to one, so treat that as what personalization did across those sends, not a promise for your list.

One invite, three people

Here's a workshop invite from Maple Street Consulting, a made-up firm, going to three illustrative contacts. The headline, the workshop details and the button are the same for all three. Each opening is different, and each one comes from a single line that was already in the list. Try the full example on the Studio page.

How Studio works

Add your website and describe the email you want in a sentence. Singulate writes and designs it in your brand, then suggests ways to personalize it, like a greeting that reads naturally, a section that changes for each group or a line drawn from what you know about someone. You decide what changes, and the rest of the email stays the same for everyone. Before anything goes out, you can open anyone's version and edit it. Then send from your own domain or Gmail, or export a CSV for the tool you already use.

Pricing

Studio is $49 a month at launch for one seat and up to 3,000 emails a month. You'll need a card to start the 14-day free trial, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
