On Singulate we have 3 types of properties:
These are generic properties such as “First name” or “Industry” which we recommend filling on all accounts.
They are configured on your CRM integrations, such as HubSpot’s where we ask you to map your HubSpot attributes to Singulate’s recommended properties.
You can also map your CSV attributes to Singulate’s recommended attributes when importing a list from a CSV.
All contacts, regardless of where they are imported, will share the core properties, and we will always use the latest import for these properties.
You can not add additional core properties.
These are properties that make sense for your company or your industry, they can be added when configuring your integration.
For example - for Singulate - we import the Size of our customer’s contact list for all our contacts - as this is an important consideration for all our communications.
They can be configured when importing a new CRM - such as HubSpot.
All contacts, regardless of where they are imported, will share the core properties, and we will always use the latest import for these properties.
These attributes can be generated when creating a contact list.
They only impact that specific list - which means that the property is only available to one-off sends delivering emails to contacts on this list, or automations using this as it’s sample contact list.
Here you can include properties that may make sense only to a contact list (for example, Event registrants, or your list of converted customers).
For example when emailing customers already in the platform we utilize the property “Campaigns Completed count” as this is a critically valuable attribute
These values are not available outside this contact list, even if a contact is present in several contact lists.
All Core and Global properties are also available here - so you only need to map additional properties (for example, “First name” is already a recommended property, and “Size of contact list” is already a global property, so neither of these show up here as recommended).
