Setting Up Your Singulate Account
Log into your Singulate account, click the icon in the top right corner of your screen, and select Settings.
Under Organization, add your website, account name, and mailing address (important if you're sending emails from HubSpot or using Singulate as your ESP).
Finally, choose a logo or image for your Profile Picture.
...And your Singulate shop is ready to get to work!
Pro tip: You can expand or minimize your navigation menu in Singulate any time by clicking on the Singulate logo in the top left of your screen.
Importing Your First List
To import your first list, click Lists > Create new.
Give your list a name and a description, then click Create list.
Select your import method:
If you're using our HubSpot integration, select HubSpot and search for or select the HubSpot list you want to import.
Otherwise, select CSV, choose your file, and click Import.
Map your list properties to Singulate, then click Next in the bottom left of your screen.
Finally, you'll see two dropdowns: Recommended and Additional. These will show you additional properties you can import for hyperpersonalizing your emails.
Check the properties you want to load into Singulate, then click Finish to complete your import.
Creating Your First One-off Campaign
Inside Singulate, click the Campaigns tab in the left menu, and click the blue Create new button.
You'll see the following campaign details page:
Give your campaign a name, use a template (or start from scratch), select the list you want to send to, fill in your sender data, and give the email a subject line.
Note: If you're using Singulate to deliver emails, the sender info will default to the contact info of the primary Singulate account owner.
Also, Singulate will use the first 1-2 lines of your email as the preview text, so treat your first sentence as a hook. The more relevant and personalized, the better!
